Throughout my dance journey I've had the pleasure of experiencing the beautiful impact dance can have on a community. GBG is a class for mommas to meet fellow mommas, and have FUN! My postpartum journey with my first born was hard, and I started GBG from the heart in hopes that it'll give all mommas out there an activity to look forward to that supports further bonding with baby!
